Challenge
Front desks are expensive to staff and impossible to scale. Visitors expect instant, personal service in their own language; companies need check-ins, identity verification, and host notifications to run reliably around the clock. A chatbot can't do this — it takes a platform.
What we did
- Built a real-time digital human receptionist: lifelike avatar, natural voice conversation, and automatic language detection for multilingual visitors
- Engineered the cognitive layer behind it — conversation orchestration, context and memory, workflow execution, and governance guardrails. LLMs are one component of the platform, not the platform itself
- Automated the full visitor journey: check-in and check-out, ID scanning with document forensics, QR verification, host notifications, and meeting-room workflows through enterprise integrations
- Designed a multi-tenant architecture: one platform, unlimited branded deployments — each organization gets its own avatar, voice, and identity
- Shipped the production stack end-to-end on AWS: real-time speech pipeline, ML services, and dedicated branded frontends

One intelligent framework already powering branded AI receptionists for multiple organizations, 24/7.
